Loved everything about the place. Great for all ages. Great facilities, great view, great location. Not too far from the action. The apartment was excellent and plenty of room to move.

The room that we stayed in was just amazing, the amount of room and space was great. So clean and tidy, and the outside was great the pool was jaw dropping i couldn't believe it. The staff were great, everything we asked for was done. Thanks so much we will be back

The apartment was roomy and a home away from home. We had a pleasant stay and would book it again in the future, the views were breathtaking and calming. Service was great and prompt everything was wonderful.

The whole theme of the resort is spectacular. Having three kids it was very important that the resort was clean, friendly staff and room to move (eg. roomy rooms). Sun City passed our expectations with flying colours. We will be going back!!

Magnificant Ocean View Room

Our 3 bedroom apartment ocean view room was breath taking This is the only hotel I will stay at now. The whole hotel room was huge especially the bedrooms. The views from all rooms were amazing. The hotel room was extremely clean and the hotel facilities excellent. Would recommend this hotel to all.

It was very easy to find. We loved the size of the 3 bedroom apartment and the view from the 28th floor was amazing. With 3 adults and 3 kids we couldn't have asked for more. The pool was excellent we had a blast.

Wow all my fiance has done is brag about our stay at the Sun City Resort. It was a fabulous stay with the facilities such as 2 spa pools one in doors one out doors in romantic scenery. An indoor pool for those raining days and it did rain, 2 out door swimming pools with a man made beach and BBQ area. Highlight being the hydro slides 2 of them the kids 13,14 just loved them. For me the Gym and sauna was great.

Fantastic Stay!

As I was travelling alone with two young children the hotel was in a perfect location with the supermarket straight downstairs. There was also great places to eat & public transport was right across the road. The beach was an easy 10 min walk past great shops & attractions. Hotel itself was awesome with its swimming pools & facilities. Couldn't have wished for better, thank you.

We were very fortunate to get upgraded as there was a problem with the a/c in the original (smaller in scale) apartment. The upgrade was large with a wonderful view of the ocean from the 21st floor, 2nd tower. It was great that we had our own laundry especially when we have two children and lots of clothes changing. Downstairs there was Coles, a Chemist and a whole lot of Restaurants and Shops. It is definitely a wonderful place to stay with or without a family. If you want to stay put you do not have to leave the complex at all. Great for rainy days. A PLUS Plus bonus is that it is very secure, you have keys that only allow you to get to your level or the pool level. The carpark is also very secure and there is even a security guard walking around ensuring that all is good. Staff was very helpfull and attentive, thank you very much for making our first family trip very special memorable. We highly recommend it. By the way it is in the middle of everything, lots to do and visit. Gods willing we will be back!

The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were really nice and comfortable. We had great view over the river and hills from our room. I also liked the security of the hotel, having to scan your key to go up to your level in the elevator. I though that was a good idea.

Great Location & Pool Area

The location was perfect, everything was at the doorstep - supermarket, chemist and lots of places to eat or to get takeaway and head back to your room, this is a real plus for families. The lagoon pool was fantastic and clean. The lifts are fast and you don't need to wait long for them. The security staff make you feel safe and they constantly patrol the grounds.

We stay in a 2bedroom 2bathroom on the 21st Floor. The view was amazing. The rooms a spacious, clean and very modern. It was great to have all the shops right at your doorstep. My children loved the pools. We will be back for sure :)

The Towers of Chevron Renaissance provides new, up to date accommodation, with many modern facilities. The pool and surrounds are very aesthetically pleasing, and well maintained. Our kids enjoyed the games room, and the many rides in the stylish elevators! The shopping centre directly beneath provides for anything you need. Car parking is secure and abundant. A great central location to explore Surfers Paradise, with extensive views to the beach as well as the hinterland. The rooms are modern, spacious and light. We would definitely return.

Family Holiday

Being a Christchurch resident and living through the earthquakes and aftershocks, it was with a wee bit of trepidation we choose 2 high rise apartments to stay in for our family holiday in Surfers Paradise. Once we arrived and settled in we had a fabulous time. Parking on site was excellent, access to apartments was easy with good security in place, the apartments where neat tidy and well maintained. The pools both outdoor and indoor were great, we had a small maintence issue with a shower head that was dealt with immediately [and that was on a public holiday] all in all an enjoyable stay.

The apartment I was in was fantastic, so spacious. The lagoon area was just magnificent. It was like a complete hide away, almost like I was on an island. So peaceful and beautiful. I loved that it was only a 5 minute walk to Cavill Ave!

Great Stay

We were located on the 35th floor overlooking the beach. We requested a room with carpet as our toddler is still a bit awkward on his feet and also a water view. All of which was accommodated. When we arrived a cot that was previously requested from online booking had been left off. The staff member checking us in (late in the evening) was extremely helpful and nothing was a bother, we had a cot within 1/2 hour. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, which was very clean. Beds very comfortable, kitchen all with stainless steel appliances. The resort is within easy 5 min walk to everything, such as chemist, fast food, restaurants, etc. The buffet breakfast at the cafe was nice and staff again very helpful and friendly. Pools were beautiful, clean and clear. We dined at the Thai restaurant one evening and couldn't fault the food or service. Very nice!

The room and views were great. We had stayed at that location before but on the 6th floor and we loved it, however this time we stayed on 35th floor and it was great. We could not fault it and the facilities are very family friendly.

Crown Towers is a lovely resort, with great facilities, and great rooms. The rooms are spacious enough to comfortably fit 4 adults. The view from the balcony was unforgettable. My favourite part about the resort was the open lobby and the pool.

On arrival Elle greeted us very promptly! Our flight got canceled so we didn't arrive till after 10pm! The apartment was spacious a little worn out but over all clean and very roomy with amazing views! The hotel was fantastic and so was the Thai restaurant. The pool is amazing, a real highlight! The pool cafe people were so lovely as sets the var staff in the lobby! Overall it was fantastic!

Hotel was really well suited to our family holiday. We all loved the pool area, including both outdoor pools and having the indoor pool so close to the other pools was great too as it allowed us to get out of the sun for a bit. Room was extremely spacious and we had a lovely outlook.

The apartment was very nice. We had a two bedroom apartment with both an ocean and a river view. The main bedroom was all intact with the bathroom and toilet separate to the rest. Very private. The pool was excellent!!!!!

The complex was chosen on the basis of the external features, such as the lagoon style pool. With the unusual rain during our stay, we spent the majority of our time in the apartment, which more than accommodated us in keeping 3 teenagers entertained. The indoor pool and spa was large and allowed for all hotel guests to use comfortably, and the apartment features complete with foxtel, plasma TV's, washing machine and the clothes dryer saved the holiday. Close proximity to the shops and the bus stop outside the complex was wonderful.

There was plenty of space in the 3 bedroom apartment for 8 of us comfortably. Whilst the pool area was very family, this was not a problem for us as we hit the beach, which is only a block away and once on our balcony, we were in our own world. Stingrays is a great bar just across the road.

Amazing Lagoon Pool

I liked the position of Crown Towers. Its not in the heart of the hustle and bustle. The lagoon pool was amazing and made you feel like you were at the beach. The indoor pool also was very nice to going swimming late at night because it was heated. The gym facilities were also very good. An enjoyable stay had by all.

Great for family as plenty to do for the kids. All pools are kid friendly with pleasant surroundings, great service, close to all main areas of Surfers Paradise. If you don't feel like going out to eat there are restaurants & breakfast areas within the resort so you don't need to rush out for a bite. Will stay here again for sure, kids loved it.

Staff were very friendly and the resorts facilities were great. Will definately be staying at there again.The rooms were spacious and had everything that we needed. The beds were the most comfortable that I have slept in. We had fantastic views from our balcony, we could see the surf and also into Surfers Paradise.

The apartment was exactly what was described on the website. The apartment was so close to everything, walks along the beach, Caville Ave was only a couple minutes walk as were the restaurants, the BBQ area was great and we enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool and spa. The apartment was clean and spacious. We enjoyed ourselves that much we will definitely coming back, we have also told all our family members & work colleagues how great it was.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and can't recommend highly enough. Short walks to shops, beach, hire cars and bus stops. Moroccan Resort is perfect for the family to really enjoy the surrounds.

Size of unit was spacious and clean. From the 18th floor, we had great views, and little if any noise. The Rosella's were regular balcony visitors. Use of lift was always prompt, and other facilities more than adequate. Will be back next year.
